RETURN POLICY

You are entitled to an exchange or refund for regular price merchandise within 5 days of receiving the item.  All sale items are FINAL SALE.

Please note that the product must be returned unused, unscratched, in the original packaging & including all tags, tissue & box. In the event of a product reaction, rare but possible 3% (which occurs normally within 48 hours), then you must immediately email us at sales@salimaskinsolutions.com to inform us with regards to your concern along with pictures showing the area of concerns, (all information provided is confidential and will not be shared on any social media and will solely be for the purpose of determining the cause) in order for our skin specialist to asses. Requests for returns (refunds or exchanges) after 5 days from confirmation of your order being received, will not be considered. In case of exchange or refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

Please email sales@salimaskinsolutions.com to notify us regarding your exchange/refund.

You must return your items to the address below within 5 days from the day you receive your package. Please write your order # on the outside of the package and mark the package RETURN TO SENDER. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

REFUNDS, PROCESSING & ADDITIONAL INFO

Refunds will be processed within approximately 1 to 3 business days after we receive your return parcel/products.

SALIMA SKIN SOLUTIONS recommends sending return parcels with tracking and fast (3-7 business day delivery) as we are not liable if your return is not received at the address above. If your parcel goes missing you will be required to provide two pieces of documentation; a proof of delivery at our head office address and a scanned image of the signature obtained upon delivery. If you cannot provide this information, SALIMA SKIN SOLUTIONS will not be held accountable for any losses.
